Due to manufacturing, quality and supply issues with their existing supplier, the client wanted an Integrated Manufacturing Solution that would meet the required quality standards and specification. Icon was tasked with making and sourcing injected moulded parts; electric switch and sub assembly of tubing; sheath and wiring process which included insert moulding, ultra-sonic welding; heat stitching and soldering.
